Students can ask a short question using Social Media, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ as well as IM, Text, and email. Tutors receive the questions via Ipads. The answers, once formulated, are posted to a centralized website for students to review. Students receive notification for the completed answer at the originating social media inlet. Applications of this concept for middle level and high school extra help systems will be shared and discussed.
