Does your school's improvement plan actually work to change your school? Does it really guide the efforts of staff or is it just something you have to do? This session is designed to answer the questions "How do we start?" and "Where do we begin?" by providing a framework for FOCUSED school improvement that centers around the four cultures of a school and how to most efficiently change them. Participants will learn specific steps for gathering cultural data and writing specific plans.
