Leading change is difficult, no doubt about it. Leading sustained school improvement is even more challenging. This session provides the audience a context to critically audit their current efforts and develop processes and plans that will serve to change the culture of their building and also increase student achievement in all areas, including CTE. The audience will leave energized with concrete tips on how to implement change to continually improve and how to keep the momentum going.
