Participants in this session will learn what has worked and what has not worked in creating a climate and culture for change in a smaller suburban high school: Plano High School (enrollment 634). Through a comprehnsive effort in all academic and CTE areas, the school has increased student attendance and graduation rates, supported students through Triangle Teams, utilized systematic PBIS and RTI processes, while improving academic performance.
