Project Lead The Way (PLTW)--Problem-Based STEM Opportunities

Almost 200 Illinois middle and high schools (and over 5000 nationwide) have implemented PLTW problem-based pre-engineering and biomedical sciences curriculums. This session provides updates on the PLTW Gateway to Technology (MS STEM), Pathway to Engineering (HS), and Biomedical Sciences (HS) course sequences, as well as implications for successful school/community partnerships, integrated STEM/CTE learning experiences, and increased interdisciplinary faculty and student engagement.
