Particpants will learn how we have pulled together as transition service providers from various Lake County districts in an effort to collaborate, support, and share information. The intention of this collaborative relationship is to provide resources to build the most effective vocational training & transition programs in-district for students with special needs. The session will discuss services, strategeis, and outcomes.
