This presentation will address the various issues surrounding the cultural needs and expectations of students and parents relative to the school environment. In many cases, the school is viewed as unfriendly territory. Many students and parents experience anxieties in their interaction with school personnel while attempting to navigate within the school setting. This presentation will provide strategies to improve cultural interaction and relationship.
